CityView is not static; if you haven't been here in a while, the property may not be recognizable. Still, old photos and outdated information is often used in listing units for sale or for rent. You will find current images of the common areas and amenities here and other information that should assist real estate professionals in helping us impress potential buyers or tenants.

Green Space
The backyard features an open green space with park benches, a covered seating area (Gazebo,) a garden area with benches and new walkways, a ramp and automatic door between the building and the garden for people with disabilities.
Our Boards of Directors are dedicated to improving the appearance of the properties, maintaining values and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Both CityView and CityView II have updated their lobbies.
In 2020, the Associations added additional bike storage and garage doors that open with a UHF transponder, rather than requiring stopping at a gate.
In 2018, the Associations purchased a commercial unit to be used as a community room.
In 2017, CityView purchased a residential unit that is operated as a guest suite.
In 2015 the pool was heated, in 2018 the pool deck was expanded, and in 2019 new seating and a picnic area was added.
In 2014, a green space was created in the backyard replacing disused paddle tennis courts with an amenity unique to Center City Condos.
There is an active social committee with a special event planned on the first Thursday of each month. Events include Cookouts, Quiz Nights, even team nights for our favorite sports teams.
Separate from the First Thursday events, there are book clubs, knitting circles, canasta groups, a lunch club, a walking club, etc.
Free Wi-Fi in the Gym, Business Center, Backyard, Pool Area and Community Room.
CityView's state-of-the-art fitness center is well maintained and features new cardio equipment, stretching rooms, and both free weights and variety of machines.
In Unit Maintenance - Our on-site staff are able to execute a variety of common maintenance requests for owners at a reasonable cost to the owner.
